Let's gather to read books that help us be our best selves! Introducing the Better Human Book Club, a partnership between the Handley Library branch and MoveMentation. Our focus is on books that help us to know ourselves and allow us to explore personal and communal growth together.
Before turning our attention to discussing the selected book, we will start with some brief stretches and mild movement exercises. We will stretch and move before leaving for the evening as well.
