Better Health after 40
About this Event
Join Us for Better Health After 40!
Are you ready to boost your wellness and feel fantastic as you hit 40 and beyond? Our in-person event is all about empowering women to find the best ways to ensure better health outcomes during mid-life and beyond.
According to The Menopause Foundation of Canada, 10 million women are 40 or over in this country. That is a quarter of the population of Canada! Your body starts to change in your 40's and we want you to be ready.
Mid-life (40 plus) means hormone fluctuations and subtle health changes, and it can also bring new life stressors and relationship issues. We want to help you navigate these before the full impact hits you like a freight train.
The M2 Factor documentary discusses these issues and the possible pathways to managing your health outcomes better. It features women like you and me, and leading mid-life medical, health and wellness experts to guide you on this journey.
We will be screening the documentary, and then follow up with a panel discussion and audience questions, to help support you in finding Better Health After 40.
Not everyone relates to the same approach so we have included a range of experts and coaches who manage the health or wellness of their clients in different ways.
Our panel of experts include:
Dr Judy Ming - Family Physician
Spela Perc - PhD, Doctor of Natural Medicine at Panacea Vita
Ilene Elkaim - Certified Wellness Coach, Six Dynamix Wellness
Dorothy Bosse - Empowerment Coach, Inspired by Choice
If you have attended our events before, you know there is always something to learn and we are here to support you. We hope you can make it!
