Come join us at TNT Martial Arts & Fitness for this Amazing 6 week long fitness challenge for all fitness level! Test your limits and push yourself to be better, faster, and stronger than ever before. This in-person event will Track your results from a performance standpoint, promoting growth in your abilities, physical appearance, and energy levels over a 6 week period of time! By taking the Initial Test, we will be able to track and compare your results on week 6! All you have to do is commit and we will take care of all the exercises and routines! PLUS, you will have fun doing it with an awesome team of Coaches and a great Community. Our goal is to serve you and help you reach new heights in your fitness journey. SOME KEY POINTS:

• Access to 6 weeks of Classes, 6 days a week Morning and Evening Availaibility! (feeling good? do a second class!)
• Must Take Intial Assesment Test that will track your endurance and strength.

A. Assesment will take place at Chaffey College Track in Rancho Cucamonga between (8 and 10am on SEPTEMBER 27th)

B. make sure you bring plenty of water and maybe up 15 minutes prior to get loose and familiar :)

C. HAVE FUN. No pressure. This is for you and the start to a better, healthier, and more empowering life!

• We will stay on top of your attendance, hold you accountable, offer advice, and give you that extra friendly push you will need to achieve the ulitmate results!
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Any Medical Conditions, please notify Coaches (if applicable, provide a doctors note)
• Our Classes will be mapped out so you will know what each day and week will look like! (leg day, conditioning, upper body, core, Full Body, etc.)
• You will receive a Complimentary Challenge Sheet designed to create a fun workout mindset and to promote an active lifestyle outside of our facilities and in your daily regimen
