Better Boundaries Workshop

“Better Boundaries Workshop” is a 9 week workshop for adults looking to explore identifying and setting boundaries.

Workshop is designed and led by Green Door Therapist and Supervisor, Michelle Guevara, LCSW who will provide information, lead exercises, and create space to process what boundaries can look like for you. Workshop will utilize information from the book "Set Boundaries, Find Peace" by Nedra Glover Tawwab.

Who: Adults (ages 25-40 y/o) of all gender identities are welcome to join

Language: Group will be held in English

When: Saturday September 28th through November 30th (no group on November 23rd)

Where: 132 N York Street, Suite 2H, Elmhurst, IL

Fee options for group:

• EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT: Discounted fee of $355 if when paying in full by September 11th.
• Payment Play Option #1: $150 at time of registration by Wednesday, September 18th and then weekly payments of $51 (Fridays: 9/27, 10/4, 10/11, 10/25 and 11/1).
• Payment Plan Option #2: $140 at time of registration by Wednesday, September 18th and then biweekly payments of $53 (Friday, 9/27, 10/11, 10/25, 11/5 and 11/22)
• Payment Plan Option #3: $45 weekly payments (Fridays: 9/20, 9/27, 10/4, 10/11, 10/18, 10/25, 11/1, 11/8, 11/15)
