Betsy Rubiner presents Our Diaries, Ourselves, with Leslie Yazel

P&T Knitwear is pleased to welcome Betsy Rubiner to celebrate and discuss her new book, ; a spirited exploration of the diary, from pen-and-paper to TikTok, for the people who write—and read—them.

Betsy will be joined in conversation by Leslie Yazel. Along with a discussion and audience Q&A, Betsy will also sign copies of her book.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Betsy Rubiner is a Chicago-based author, a journalist, and a life-long diarist. Her reporting and essays have appeared in publications including the New York Times, The Guardian, the Washington Post, TIME, and the Des Moines Register, among several media outlets where she has worked. ABOUT THE MODERATOR
Leslie Yazel began her career as a daily newspaper reporter in the Midwest, covering floods, fires and M**der trials in a competitive news market. Later, she took my editing skills to The Washington Post and The Wall Street Journal, editing Pulitzer-winning critics and journalists to engage educated, demanding audiences on lifestyle, arts and culture topics. She has also led teams at Cosmopolitan and Real Simple, bringing in younger audiences and launching projects including live events, show homes, video series and philanthropic partnerships.
