About Sinkinson Dyslexia Foundation:
SDF’s Mission is to identify, remediate, and raise awareness of dyslexia and the impact it has on our community. We provide free testing and tutoring services to children and adults in need in Hampton Roads.
With the help of our trained volunteers, Sinkinson Dyslexia Foundation is able to offer one-to-one tutoring to help children and adults improve their reading skills, while gaining new self-confidence and an improved outlook on learning.
Through ongoing collaboration with schools, community centers, churches, hospitals, foundations, and local businesses, the Sinkinson Dyslexia Foundation will help address illiteracy with an inclusive campaign to raise awareness of dyslexia.
