TOURNAMENT REGULATIONS & INFORMATION
1. General Overview
- Tournament Name: BETBY Legends Cup
- Organizer: LEGENDS Sports Bar & Billiards with the support of BETBY.
- Discipline: 9-Ball.
- Maximum Field Size: 64 players.
- Tournament Platform: Cuescore (live brackets and scoring).

2. Format & Bracket
- The tournament is played as a continuous rolling bracket (no split sessions). Matches will be called sequentially as tables become available.
- Qualifying Stage: Double Elimination. 16 players will advance to the Playoffs (8 from the Winners side, 8 from the Losers side).
- Playoffs (Last 16): Single Elimination.
- Match Distances:

/// Playoffs (Last 16 to Final): Race to 9

3. Tournament Schedule
- Saturday, 01.08 (Main Qualification Day):
/// 09:00 – Tournament begins. Matches run continuously through both the Winners and Losers brackets.
/// Play continues until the final qualification rounds. (The deciding matches for the Last 16 will be moved to Sunday morning).
- Sunday, 02.08 (Final Qualifiers & Playoffs):
/// 10:00 – Final Qualification Matches (determining the final spots for the Playoffs).
/// 11:30 – Playoffs (Last 16) commence.
/// Followed by Quarter-finals, Semi-finals, Grand Final, and the Awards Ceremony.

4. Rules & Break Box
- WPA rules apply.
- Format: Alternate break (or Winner breaks).
- Break Box: Players may break from anywhere in the kitchen.
- Three-Point Break Rule: On the break stroke, a minimum of three object balls must either be pocketed or touch the cushion line (or a combination of both). If this requirement is not met, it is considered an illegal break. The incoming player may choose to accept the table as is or request a re-rack to break themselves. Note: A Push Out is not allowed after an illegal break.
5. Prize Pool & Entry Fees
-Entry Fee: €60 per player.
-Prize Fund: 90% of the Entry Fees + €1,000 Added Money by BETBY.
-Additional prizes and gifts provided by tournament partners.
-The final prize distribution payout (Top 16) will be published on Cuescore once registration is officially closed.
6. Dress Code
- Standard: Smart / Neat Casual.
- Allowed: Trousers, jeans (without rips/tears), polo shirts, collared shirts. Tailored, denim, or neat casual shorts are strictly permitted.
- Strictly Prohibited: Athletic/gym shorts, board shorts/swimwear, sweatpants, flip-flops or beach footwear.
The tournament director reserves the right to refuse a player’s participation in a match if they fail to comply with the dress code.
