Body Empowerment and Satisfaction Through Intuitive Eating

Do you worry about your weight, body image or have an unhealthy relationship with food? Our 6-week B.E.S.T.I.E. program will teach you the principles of Intuitive Eating.
Intuitive Eating is a self-care, evidence-based program grounded in 10 fundamental principles for authentic health. With over 200 research studies to date, this approach will teach you how to maintain a healthy relationship with your food, mind and body.
The 6-week program consists of six 90-minute sessions.
• Tuesdays, Oct. 1-Nov. 12 (excluding Fall Break)
• 5-6:30 p.m.
• Student Wellness Center, room 120
• Current UofM students only
• $36 - Only $6 per session, $3 per person! Covers you AND your bestie. 😊
