About this Event

The next Best Start in Life Network will introduce the principles of service design, which offer a way of approaching change particularly when:

• responding to a new policy or shift elsewhere in the system
• a new service is being introduced
• a significant transformation of an existing service is required

Throughout this session we will explore how to utilise service design principles and systems thinking to develop new collaborative approaches to pathways between services and supports that are more holistic and family-centred. We will also discuss how to better align public and third sector workstreams to improve relationships, reduce duplication and offer more coordinated support for local families.
