It is Free to Enter so if you’ve built it to handle the toughest terrain, there is nothing stopping you, we want to see it in action!

The event will feature thrilling challenges, expert-led workshops, and live demonstrations to inspire and educate. Attendees will have the chance to connect with industry leaders, check out the latest gear, and swap stories with fellow adventurers. Plus, the crowd will get to vote for their favorite build, so bring your A-game and get ready to impress!

The competition offers two prestigious awards: Best Overlander, judged by experts based on capability, innovation, and design, and Crowd Favorite, voted on by event attendees. Winners will take home top-tier overland accessories to upgrade their rigs and Free Sheepdog Response Courses, where they'll learn elite survival, self-defense, and emergency preparedness skills. Info: Early arrival check-in, enjoy hot gourmet coffee, and check-in for overland vehicles for the Best Overland Vehicle contest.

Info: Family friendly workout with Tim Kennedy and friends. All equipment for the workout will be provided on-site. Wear comfortable appropriate workout attire. Workout will take place outdoors (after all it is an outdoors event)

Info: General public arrives for Rendezvous. Pre-judging for Best Overland Vehicle contestants.

Info: Sheepdog Response instructors will be on-site to give instruction in Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK) use and trauma management followed by a clinic on good situational awareness straight out of the Sheepdog Response curriculum. All ages welcome. Free to attend. Equipment provided. Trauma kit giveaways during the class (must be present to win).

Info: Off-roading pros will teach tips and trick for vehicle recovery. Free to attend. Spectators will be able to take part in an overland vehicle recovery challenge for prizes (must be present and take part to win).

Info: Judges will make their final decisions and the overland vehicle winner will be announced. Winners will be announced for raffles and prizes will be awarded.
