The Best of the Midlands Business Hot Seat is a live working session where local business owners come together to solve real problems happening inside their businesses right now.
Some people jokingly describe it as “business therapy for entrepreneurs.”
Because the truth is, most business owners do not have a place where they can openly talk about the challenges they are facing. At networking events we celebrate wins, but we rarely talk about the friction points in our business.
This room is different.
During the event, one business owner will sit in the Hot Seat and share a real challenge they are currently facing in their business. It might be marketing, hiring, growth, systems, sales, or something else that has been difficult to figure out.
Then the room goes to work.
Other experienced business owners ask questions, offer insights, and share what they have learned from their own journeys. Together, the group works through the problem in real time to uncover new ideas, solutions, and perspectives.
Even if you are not in the hot seat, you will walk away with ideas and strategies you can apply in your own business immediately.
