About this Event

One weekend. Two days. And a whole lot of Italy.

We’re throwing open the doors and pouring, slicing, stirring and cracking our way through the best of Eataly. Start with a glass of Prosecco in your hand and a pizza taking shape right in front of you, then follow your nose (and your appetite) from there.

Things you’ll want to see and taste in person

• Watch a giant wheel of Grana Padano get cracked open, then taste it moments later
• Catch mozzarella being stretched fresh, still warm
• See cannoli filled live, then try to walk away without one
• Sip a perfectly made Negroni while the pros show you how
• Gather around a large tiramisu as it gets built
• Try pasta served straight from a wheel of cheese
• All weekend: 20+ wine tastings throughout the store

Things you’ll want to try

• Roll up your sleeves and learn to shape pasta by hand, right in the market
• Live music setting the mood while you wander
• Learn and interact with our artisans and experts

• 4:00pm: Blind Wine Tasting in the Wine Shop
• 5:00pm: Hand-shaped Pasta Lesson with La Scuola
• 6:30pm: Giant Tiramisu with Live Cocoa Dusting

Sunday November 22st:

• 1:00pm: Welcome Prosecco and Focaccia Demo
• 1:30pm: Mozzarella Demo and Storytelling
• 2:00pm: Aperol Spritz Demo and Live Cannoli FIlling
• 3:00pm: Steak Demo
• 3:00pm: Pasta Served from a Wheel of Grana Padano
• 4:00pm: Blind Wine Tasting in the Wine Shop
• 5:00pm: Hand-shaped Pasta Lesson with La Scuola
• 6:30pm: Giant Tiramisu with Live Cocoa Dusting
