Celebrating National Best Friends with Besties Tanya and Angela, who will take you through their favorite classes with your BFFLS. Starting with a 30-minute Cycle class we'll get your heart rate up with a variety of Indoor Cycle Drills. Then we'll head out into the Barre room for a 30-minute Barre workout using body weight, light weights and other props.
You get the best of both worlds when it comes to this combo. Grab a friend, or two, or 5, and book a spot before this Sunday Funday event fills! Stick around after class for a mimosa and pastries!
