The TabbFORUM Best Execution Symposium will examine the legal, compliance, and policy issues surrounding best execution and the latest tools and solutions available to market participants.
With increased focus coming to best execution due to the SEC’s proposal to rescind the trade-through rule and, in general, the changing regulatory and compliance landscape and increased complexity of trading overall, it is more important than ever to keep up to date on the key issues around best execution.
All market participants - buyside and sellside – will need to be able to adapt to this changing environment, both in the tools they utilize to measure best execution and in their interactions with clients, in-house, and with regulators.
