Please join us at the first annual Berlin Fall Festival! Details of this event will be announced as soon as they are finalized, butttttttt……
We are currently seeking VENDORS of all types, (Small Business Sales or Advertising, Antiques, Hobby Sales, Canned Goods, Baked Goods-must be in compliance with state regulations for home bakers, etc.) especially Berlin Residents!
Vendors are asked for a $20 fee to hold their (limited) space as well as 2-3 donations of their products for raffles.
Spaces are 10x10 and do not have electricity available. If you need a larger space, please reach out and that can be arranged.
Berlin residents are NOT required to pay the $20 fee 😉
We are also seeking SPONSORSHIP of two types for this event.
If you’re able to donate monetarily, FANTASTIC!!! The funds will go towards making the event enjoyable for everyone.(handicapped equipped porta potty, hand sanitizer stations, trash disposal, etc.)
If you’re able to donate your time, MARVELOUS!!! We’re seeking volunteers to donate their time to host an activity or game booth.
Do you have a small business? Host a pumpkin painting station and meet the community!
Are you wanting to get more involved in our AWESOME little village?!? Host a duck pond game or a game of strength for the “big kids”!
We have a host of ideas from which your group or business can choose OR suggest your own! (Subject to approval)
No event is fun without good food so BRING ON THE FOOD TRUCKS!!! If you are interested in bringing your truck or tent to sell your yummy foods, please contact us!
The size and success of our event depends heavily upon our community. Please consider joining us in our hometown for some AWESOME shopping (Get a jump on your Christmas shopping!), and create some fun fall MEMORIES with your neighbors 😊
