Spend the morning on a 6.5-mile moderate hike that rewards with a stunning panoramic view of the Berkshire Hills. Along the way, we’ll pause to engage in breathwork in the crisp autumn air, experience guided meditation, and enjoy sections of silent reflection to deepen presence. Our journey will include a relaxing sound healing session, allowing the mind and body to integrate the day’s experience. Location will be emailed to registered participants.
