A New sportive for 2026 starting from Newbury Rugby Football Club puts us straight onto some of Berkshire’s best cycling roads, with quiet lanes, rolling chalk hills and big-sky views across the North Wessex Downs.The route builds gradually, mixing fast valley sections with a few testing climbs that reward you with sweeping panoramas and long, flowing descents.
