Join @CardioWithCarah and her friends for a Zumbathon for a good cause: Breast cancer awareness, education and prevention. This special indoor party is Sunday, Oct. 26 from 2:30-4:30pm PST at Ashkenaz (Berkeley, Calif)
Featured instructors: @CardioWithCarah, Michelle, @CutsByNorma, Norma's daughter Zamira and Sheree. Funds after expenses will be donated to two amazing organizations: The Women's Cancer Resource Center (wcrc.org) and Open Source Wellness ( opensourcewellness.org). Please check out these organizations. They are doing amazing work in the community.
