Berkeley Space Symposium 2025

The Berkeley Space Symposium 2025 is the largest undergraduate aerospace event at UC Berkeley. It will be held at the newly opened Grimes Engineering Center on September 5th, 2025. Building on the success of the event last year, when we welcomed 300+ students, 150+ industry professionals, and 15+ companies, we are excited to expand and accommodate an even greater array of industry participants and students this year. The event is endorsed by UC Berkeley’s Department of Aerospace Engineering and will encompass a career fair, speed mentoring session, keynote from a space expert, and an interactive panel discussion.

Moreover, a dedicated networking session will help build meaningful connections as well as facilitate dialogue between emerging talents and established professionals. Our career fair provides a unique opportunity for attendees to engage directly with representatives from prominent aerospace companies, research institutions, and startups.

Info: Industry (moon tier and above) will receive breakfast. This time should also be used for set-up and any prep for the event.

Info: A fast paced, small group format, professionals share career insight and technical guidance with students preparing to enter the field .

Info: Our panel discussion features representatives from NASA, SSL, Redwire, and Momentus Space, offering insight into the latest trends, challenges, and opportunities in the field

Info: Galaxy tier will be given 20 minutes to talk about anything relating to their company (companies in the past have used this time to inform people on their missions and projects)
