This is an 8.5 mile walk, Past Berkeley Castle, Berkeley Power station, along the river Severn, catch the sunset and then back through the Deer Park for Deer spotting and Stargazing.
The Walks starts quite flat, past the Castle, Power Station and along the river Severn. We then walk along lanes and up our only hill to the sunset spot. Sunset time is 17:12 and bring warm clothes, just encase we are hanging around early at this spot.
After sunset I plan to walk through Berkeley Deer Park. This is where we will hopefully catch loads of Deer and if the skies are clear we could get some stargazing.
This also means you will want to bring Torches for the final section of the walk.
I would recommend bringing red lights as that is best for your Stargazing eyes and also less likely to scare the deer off.
Finally, after the walk, I'll try find us a pub to grab a nice evening meal.
-This walk could have cattle in multiple sections along this walk, so it is not dog friendly.
Disclaimer: I am not qualified in first aid so people are taking these walks at their own risk
