Let’s create a new outdoor yoga community in Bergen!🌿
Step outside this summer and join a shared practice of movement, breath, and presence in Bergen’s beautiful green spaces.
Bergen Park Yoga is a summer series of outdoor yoga sessions created to help you slow down, reconnect, and experience the city in a more grounded and mindful way — surrounded by nature, fresh air, and community.
We will practice together in the parks of Bergen, using our beautiful city environment and nature as our shared yoga space. Each session is an invitation to step away from daily noise and return to yourself through simple, mindful movement and breath.
These classes are open to all levels — beginners are warmly welcome. You do not need any prior experience in yoga, only a willingness to show up as you are.
The practice blends dynamic, mindful yoga, breathwork, and grounding techniques, always focusing on awareness, presence, and accessibility rather than performance.
🌞 On June 14th we will meet in Byparken in the green area, 12:00-13:00.

🌿 Practical Information
✅All levels welcome (beginners included)
✅Classes will be held in English, but teacher understands Norwegian
✅Bring your own mat or towel, water bottle
✅Registration is welcome, but drop-ins are also available, so if you decide to join at the last moment - that’s fine!
✅There is no commitment - you can join any of the classes that are closest to you, but if you want you can buy a monthly 4 class pass.
💛 Participation & Payment
Participation: 195NOK
Drop in: 200 NOK
4 class pass for June: 695 NOK
Payments are made only via Vipps (46225587).
✨ About your yoga guide
Gita, founder of Yoga Flow by Gita, has been teaching her own Stretch & Strengthen classes, creating workshops for hip release and being present, as well as holding classes as substitute teacher for other yoga styles in Tid For Yoga studio. She has also been teaching Dynamic Yoga classes outside Bergen in Osøyro.
In addition, Gita has participated as editor to a book written by holistic mindfulness and yoga teacher Zivile Osman called “Inner Experiments: The Source Within”.
Gita is a deeply empathetic, open hearted yoga teacher with a loving heart that hopes to attract more people to do yoga outdoors in the closest areas of their community.
🌧️ Weather & cancellation policy
As we practice outdoors and Bergen weather is quite unpredictable, classes may be cancelled or adjusted in case of heavy rain or unsafe conditions.
All updates will be shared on the Facebook event page (so make sure to follow it).
Participation fee is only refunded if the class is cancelled by the organiser.
