Bergen County Horse Rescue Meet-up

What to Expect:

Join Bergen County Camera and Canon USA for an exciting opportunity to photograph the many horses who call the Bergen County Horse Rescue in Mahwah, NJ home. We will be photographing the horses in their stables, while they graze, and during their pasture time, so action shots will be plentiful. If you're an animal lover, this is an opportunity you won't want to miss!

The horses may be anywhere from just a few yards away to right alongside the fence, making for a wide range of photographic possibilities.

This is a meet-up trip and does not include transportation. Weather can vary, so please dress accordingly for outdoor conditions. Light refreshments will be provided.

Note: For the well-being of the horses, we kindly ask that you arrive at the scheduled 10:00am start time/no more than 5 minutes early. Arriving earlier can disrupt their morning feeding and routine.

Tickets: $50.00 + Eventbrite fees. All proceeds are donated directly to the rescue, helping to keep the horses fed and cared for, including any medical needs. In past years, donations were collected individually at the event, but to streamline the day and avoid delays, BCHR and Bergen County Camera will be collecting donations ahead of time. Tickets must be purchased through Eventbrite prior to the event - no tickets will be sold on-site on October 19.
