The death of someone close to you can feel lonely and overwhelming.
Join our friendly Bereavement Support Group and connect with others who understand. The small group meets once a week for six weeks, giving you the chance to share your experiences if you wish, listen to others, and explore different aspects of grief in a safe and supportive environment.
For adults aged 18+ whose loved one died from an incurable illness more than 12 weeks ago. You don't need to have had our support before.
