Last November we held the first ever Bennaroo music festival for Franklin and it was a huge success. We exceededour fundraising goals and hosted over 1300 guests, students, parents, faculty and alumni.
The event was the culmination of Alumni weekend, welcoming alumni from near and far back to campus, adding even more energy and exposure for sponsors, and serving as a powerful showcase of our incredible Franklin community.
Bennaroo II is happening Sunday, November 8, 2026, from 4:00-8:00 PM at The Broadside (600 N. Broad). We will
once again have an incredible lineup of student and professional bands, with a special Prelude Party starting at 3
PM for early access.
Sponsorships available
Sponsorship gives you the chance to align your brand with New Orleans’ premier public school and to support the next generation of leaders, artists, and innovators. The success of the first Bennaroo assures your sponsorship will be well spent, and in front of a large and appreciative audience.
Sponsorship opportunities are outlined below and at www.bfhsla.org/bennaroo, where you can also securely
reserve your spot or purchase tickets.
Proceeds from sponsorships and ticket sales will benefit Ben Franklin including our music program – instrument
purchases, high-quality instruction, student travel to competitions – as well as reduce costs for field trips, academic
competitions, and global learning experiences. Every dollar raised helps us ensure that Franklin students have
access to the opportunities they deserve, and our goal is an ambitious $150,000, breaking our 2025 record of
$110,000.
The Bennaroo lineup for 2025 featured Delfeayo Marsalis with Carl LaCoste and his student jazz quartet, The Iguanas, members of Creole String Beans and Imagination Movers, Beverly Hills Polo Club, Sarah Quintana, Anaïs
St. John, School of Rock, and the NOLA Sweetie Pies. Th 2026 lineup is pending, and will be outstanding!
