Originally from Berks County and now living in southern Vermont, he writes music that has been compared to Nick Drake, The National and Beck. Benjamin combines folk, rock and electronic elements on his albums with an overall cinematic feel leaning more melancholic but with elements of hope and discovery. His first records were under the name Benjamin Jayne but his next album out this fall will be under his name Benjamin Wright.
