For 14 years, Dishari Bangla School has been a vibrant force in our community, working tirelessly to encourage a love for reading in the Bangla language. To celebrate this ongoing commitment, the school has organized a special reading theatre event—an initiative that beautifully reflects Dishari’s charter and its dedication to preserving and promoting Bangla literacy.
Reading theatre plays is important for children learning a language because it exposes them to rich, expressive dialogue and helps them understand how language works in real social situations. Because plays are meant to be spoken aloud, children naturally practice pronunciation, rhythm, and intonation as they read or perform them.
While this is a free event, we kindly request that you RSVP in advance.

Second Play - Tarini Khuro O Oindrojalkik (Based on story by Satyajit Roy)
