Dear Alpha-Gal fam and supporters, we are saddened to have to make this post but unfortunately one of our own has experienced a significant personal loss with the passing of his father on August 8. Following his relocation from Arizona in 2021 to care for his girlfriend during her cancer treatment, it is now our turn to provide support during his time of need. As the girlfriend (in remission) and her mother, who own and operate the store, we are committed to assisting him. The memorial service for his father will be held in Arizona on August 6, and he will need to travel for the service. In addition to coping with his emotional loss, he will need to attend to various legal matters, resulting in a temporary absence from work for approximately one week. Given the current economic climate, this period of unemployment will undoubtedly pose significant financial challenges. To help alleviate these difficulties, we will be hosting a benefit sale from Friday, August 22, through Sunday, August 24. Fifty percent of all sales generated during this period will be directly donated to him to offset expenses related to his travel and provide financial stability. We appreciate the support of anyone able to participate in this sale and welcome additional contributions, such as donations for the sale or volunteer assistance with setup and merchandise display.
