Help Juan Ramirez Recover and Get Back on His Feet
Our family is asking for help for my stepfather, Juan Ramirez, who was seriously injured while working and is facing a long road to recovery.
Juan is the owner of J.C. Legacy Painting & Remodeling, LLC, and he is the main provider for our family. He works hard every day to take care of the people he loves and has always been the person we can count on.
Unfortunately, a serious accident at work has temporarily taken away his ability to do what he does best—work and provide for his family.
While working, Juan accidentally injured his left knee with a utility knife, cutting an artery as well as damaging his muscle and tendon. The injury also resulted in an infection in his knee that required immediate medical attention.
Juan underwent surgery to repair the damaged artery, muscle, and tendon, as well as to clean out the infection caused by the injury. He now has a long recovery ahead of him, including extensive healing and physical therapy to regain strength, movement, and the ability to properly use his left leg again.
Doctors expect that Juan will be unable to work for at least six months while he heals and goes through physical therapy.
For someone who owns a painting and remodeling business, being unable to work for six months is devastating—not only physically, but financially.
During this time, our family will still have everyday expenses, household bills, medical expenses, therapy costs, and other necessities, all while Juan is unable to earn an income.
Every bit of support brings Juan one step closer to recovery and getting back on his feet.
We will be having silent Auction, Raffles, Liquor raffles and 50/50 raffle
In addition, there will be mostaccioli lunch. Each lunch costs $20 in advance or $25 at the door. You can get your advanced tickets through family and close friends.
Cashapp, checks and Zelle accepted!
With love and gratitude,
The Ramirez-Burns Family
