The Alumni of The ESM Class of 1978 along with The Somer’s Clan would like to invite you to The Benefit/Raffle Fundraiser for Grace “Somers” Kolek on October 11th, 2025 at The East Syracuse American Legion from 12-4.

Grace is currently in the fight for her life against Stage IV Colorectal Cancer after BEATING Breast Cancer in 2007/2008. Grace is undergoing extensive treatment that is both very grueling and very costly, so this event is to help ease the financial hardship that illness surely brings.

Grace grew up in the Village of East Syracuse and is a Graduate of The ESM Class of 1978. Her Husband Beno Kolek and her had Two Children, Benjamin and Michelle Kolek and her Grandchildren, Graycin and Colton her Pride and Joy and they reside in the Central Square Area.

Please join us in helping Grace and Her Family as she kicks cancer for the 2nd Time!

If anyone would like to Donate Baskets, Gift Certificates, Door Prizes, Etc. Please reach out and someone from the Committee will answer any questions you have or set up a drop off or pickup of donations.
