If you created your business before 2024 by filing paperwork with the Secretary of State, then please join us for for this event. where we will complete the required Beneficial Ownership Information Report at the Grove City Business Center. This in-person and virtual event is a great opportunity to complete the required report. Register now for this free event!

If you have more than 20 full time employees (average of 30+ hours a week in a calendar month) and $5 million in gross receipts, then you are exempt from reporting.

You will need to bring your laptop as well as the following informaiton:

• Business name, address, and EIN number.
• Beneficial owners information such as first and last name, date of birth, address, and photo of their driver license, other state ID, or Passport.

The in-person event will be from 9:00a.m.-9:30 a.m. and the virtual event will be from 8:00-8:30 p.m (the zoom link will be in the confirmation email).
