Join instructor Jenn for a fun and relaxing time where you can stretch it out with some yoga poses and then kick back with a cold brew in hand. Jenn is a certified vinyasa yoga instructor with over 16 years of teaching various levels and abilities. All levels of yoga participants are welcome. Even if you have never tried yoga, come, join us for an energetic and relaxing morning among friends. Gather, recharge and refocus. No pressure, just good vibes and good drinks.
