An embodied, sensory exploration in communication with conscious matter
This 2-hour experiential class invites participants into a direct, felt exploration of how matter responds when it is met with presence, attention, and sensory awareness.
Participants will learn how to tune into subtle energetic feedback, establish two-way communication with stainless steel, and then apply gentle physical manipulation once connection and responsiveness are felt. The emphasis is on when and how to touch—so manipulation arises from listening rather than force.
Spoon bending is approached not as a trick, but as a practice in relationship, sensing, and responsive action.

Settling the nervous system to enhance sensory perception
Activating the hands as receivers of energetic and tactile information
