Let’s fill our cups by unrolling the mat, unwinding the mind, and embracing our true essence for a 1 hour yoga class. Wear comfortable clothing for movement and mats available if needed.
Afterwards, we’ll have mimosas, Lucy Zaleski & Grandma Ann’s famous cupcakes & a tour of the hottest new space in town at The Vault. Let’s set aside a morning to pause and be present, finding calm and peace, as we come to fight breast cancer together.
