Join us at Double Edge Brewing Co. for Yoga @ the Brewery, happening the first Sunday of every month, led by Dr. Monica Ingham, D.C., CFMP, RYT.

Dr. Monica has over 8 years of experience treating patients and practicing physical medicine. Her classes take a biomechanical, body-aware approach to yoga. Think less about memorizing poses and more about getting the most out of every stretch. Expect clear verbal cues, helpful visualizations, and intentional breathwork. All skill levels are welcome!
