Join us for the perfect blend of movement and craft beer at Bullfrog Creek Brewing Co.! This all-levels yoga experience with Erin is designed to help you unwind, connect, and have a little fun along the way.

We’ll start with a feel-good, accessible flow that builds strength, balance, and flexibility—set in a relaxed, welcoming brewery atmosphere. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, this class is designed for every body.
