Join Origins Powerlifting for Benching for Babies, a bench press fundraiser benefiting Miracle Babies and supporting families in the NICU community.

This bench-only event is open to men and women of all strength levels. Whether you are competing, cheering from the crowd, or donating from afar, your support helps make a real impact for NICU babies and their families.

Competition Format
This is a bench press-only event. Each lifter will receive 3 attempts. Prizes will be awarded for top lifters, including men’s, women’s, and overall categories.

Everyone is welcome.
You do not need to be an experienced competitor to participate. All strength levels are encouraged.
