Free Biofeedback Reading + Mini Tai Chi Class
Come join us on the Beltline (surrounding Ponce City Market and Kroger) for a relaxing and rejuvenating event! Receive a free biofeedback reading to learn more about your body's responses and how to improve your energy and well-being. Afterward, enjoy a mini Tai Chi class to unwind and de-stress. Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to take care of your mind and body. See you there!
HOURS: We will be at the location near Ponce City Market & Kroger (on the beltline) from 9 am to 12 pm.
DETAILS: We will be doing free biofeedback readings on a first come first serve basis, no reservations required. Each reading takes between 7 to 12 minues, it works by placing the palms on the machine for a few seconds (removing jewelery is recommended for a more accurate reading).
TAI CHI CLASS: We will offer mini Tai Chi class experiences (30 minutes each) free of cost at 10 am, 11 am, and 12 pm.
