Join us for a deeply nourishing journey to welcome the light of the full flower moon as we rest into a guided Yoga Nidra & relaxation breathwork, then we will ease into a beautiful sound Journey with crystal bowls , gongs chimes & harp. This two hour workshop requires nothing more than to arrive with your mat & blanket to our logfired barn and simply be with the energy of this time of year.
We will gather around the outdoor fire to listen to the evening song of the birds in the meadow as we come together at this special time of year 🌱🌱🌱🔥🔥🥲💪
