We are halfway to summer solstice and spring is at its peak, let’s celebrate with the elements.
My favourite way to celebrate the seasons is with a fire and a wild swim, join me for both or just observe.
Wild swimming is so good for the mood, boosting the immune / nervous system and connecting with the elements. If you haven’t tried it this time of year before and have any health conditions please check with a dr first.
Bring lots of layers, a hot water bottle, towels and wood for the fire if you can spare some.
We will also be feasting and making offerings so feel free to stay as long as you like and bringing some food, drink or offerings.
A very relaxed event suitable for anyone wanting to connect with like minded people, the outdoors and maybe brave a swim.
Meeting at the far end of Cliff road carpark, old Felixstowe.
