Belonging, Learning and Leading for Hopeful Futures
About this Event
Join the University of Chester’s School of Education for an engaging day of practical workshops, research-informed sessions and professional conversations.
The University of Chester’s School of Education Symposium has been rescheduled for Friday 25 September 2026.
Whether you had planned to attend in June or were unable to join us on the original date, we would be delighted to welcome you in September.
Focusing on Belonging, Learning and Leading for Hopeful Futures, the symposium will bring together colleagues from across education to share ideas, research and practice.
The day will explore:
- Belonging, inclusion and community
- Hopeful approaches to curriculum and learning
- Leadership and professional learning
Alongside the main programme of practical workshops, research-informed sessions and conversations, there will be opportunities to take part in creative arts workshops and outdoor learning activities, experience our new outdoor spaces and explore the University campus.
The symposium will also provide opportunities to connect with colleagues and consider how you or your organisation might engage and work with the University of Chester’s School of Education in the future.
A light lunch and refreshments will be provided.
The updated programme will be shared before the beginning of the new academic year.
