About this Event

Hey Helper. When was the last time someone held space for you?

As mental health professionals and clinicians, we are constantly holding profound space for others, navigating systemic trauma, holding our clients' deepest hurts, and carrying the unique weight of institutional isolation.

We are taught that the antidote to burnout is "self-care." But fixing systemic exhaustion isn't an individual job. It requires community.

Welcome to Revive 3.0.

Belonging: I Am Not Alone is an evening designed to shift our practice from isolated self-care to radical, restorative collective care. This isn't just another dry clinical seminar. It is an intentional, safe sanctuary where you can drop your professional armor, reconnect with your body, and build a lasting network of peers who truly get it.

Come for the community. Stay for the healing. Leave with 3 NBCC-approved Clock Hours.

What to Expect
  • ✨ Restorative Community Sound Bath: Step out of your analytical brain and into your body. Experience a deeply immersive, live sound healing session explicitly framed to help you downregulate your nervous system and process vicarious clinical trauma.
  • 🧠 Radical Education: Move beyond commercialized self-care. We will dive into the clinical framework of collective care, examine the impacts of racial battle fatigue on BIPOC clinicians, and learn how communal accountability protects longevity.
  • 🤝 Deep Connection: Kick off the Revive Collective by meeting fellow local helpers. Through structured "connection dyads" and reflective spaces, we’re actively dismantling professional isolation.
  • 🛠️ Sustainable Action: Collaborate with peers to build actionable collective care plans you can actually take back into your everyday life and practice.

Who is this space for?
