๐ ๐๐ก๐จ๐ซ๐ญ ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐จ๐ซ๐ฒ โ In 1938 a โhallโ was established โfor the purpose of perpetuating the memories of men and women, who in life, gave generously of their time, talents and means to the building of our city.โ Inductions halted during WWII, and didn't resume until 1966 as part of Beloitโs 130th anniversary celebration. To be inducted into the Beloit Hall of Fame, โโฆindividuals whose efforts and vision for a better community distinguished themselves during their lifetime by making a significant contribution to the greater good of our Beloit area and its citizens, this Nation, and mankind, or otherwise brought fame to our community irrespective of their residence at the time of death.โ The Hall now numbers of 200 notable men and women and housed in the Lincoln Center.

๐๐๐ฏ๐ข๐ง ๐๐๐๐ฏ๐ฒ โ Kevin Leavy is deeply committed to serving his community. Currently president of the Beloit City Council and a Rock County Supervisor. Kevin has served on the boards of both the School District of Beloit and Blackhawk Technical College. Active with the Black Male Role Model Group and a Deacon at Emmanuel Baptist Church, in his professional life Kevin trains individuals in Food Safety and Sanitation.
๐๐ง๐ง ๐๐ข๐ญ๐ซ๐ข๐๐ค ๐๐จ๐ฒ๐๐ โ Known for her ability to bring people together, as a volunteer Ann Sitrick Joyce helped guide numerous local organizations in strategic planning, fundraising, and governance. She left an indelible mark on local organizations including the Beloit International Film Festival, Cedar Crest Retirement Community, The Girl Scouts, and the Rotary Club. Professionally, she held key positions in the School District of Beloit and served as Executive Director of the Beloit Health System.
๐๐๐ฆ๐๐ฌ ๐๐๐๐ค๐๐ซ๐, ๐๐ซ. โ The retired Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Regal-Beloit Corporation, Jim Packard has served on the boards of Clarcor, Inc. (Rockford), the Manitowoc Company, First National Bank and Trust (Beloit), Beloit College, and Beloit Health System. A dedicated community supporter, he and his wife Nancy have given generously of their time and resources to advance the well-being of others.
๐๐จ๐ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ฐ๐ง ๐๐ญ๐๐๐๐ฅ๐ฆ๐๐ง โ Both Joe Stadelman and Dawn Stadelman are active contributors to Beloitโs civic life. Dawn has volunteered with at least six Beloit organizations, including the Beloit Public Library and arts organizations and has held leadership roles with the Beloit Art Center. Joe has served on numerous boards at city and county levels, including Beloit 200 and the Rock County Passenger Rail Committee. Both Dawn and Joe actively volunteer with Beloit Memorial High Schoolโs Theatre. Professionally, Joe is president and principal architect of Angus-Young Associates. Dawn is an Interior Architect.
