Guest Speaker:
Molly Halbrooks is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and the founder of Restore Counseling and Therapy in Belmont, established in 2021. With over a decade of experience in mental health, Molly specializes in supporting clients dealing with anxiety and trauma. She uses an eclectic theoretical approach that incorporates EMDR and attachment theory to help individuals achieve meaningful change. In addition to her counseling work, Molly offers workshops and training on a variety of mental health topics, sharing her expertise with community groups, organizations, and professionals.
Born and raised in Pennsylvania, Molly moved south for college and has lived in various locations across the southeast before settling in Belmont in 2021. She and her husband stay very busy with their 4-year-old son and 1-year-old daughter. In her free time, Molly is a bookworm, foodie, amateur yogi, avid traveler, and novice gardener.
At this event, Molly will share her expertise on breaking negative thought patterns, offering practical insights and strategies to empower women to cultivate healthier, more positive mindsets.
