Belmar Library (Lakewood) Start Up Troop

This year is a new opportunity to meet new girls your age and participate in fun things to do. Don’t miss your chance to grow, learn, and laugh with new friends by your side! Come join us to earn your first Girl Scout Badge!

This event is free and open to all girls. This is not a drop off event; a caregiver should stay with their girl and help out as needed with the crafting.

Girl Scouts:

■ Grow social skills through virtual or in-personal meetings with other girls their age

■ Find new ways to practice kindness, bravery, and generosity

■ Earn special badges and pins to wear as a reminder of the new skills they’re learning

■ Gain confidence and pride in their abilities

■ Learn how to run their own businesses

■ Explore the outdoors and spend time in nature
