WHAT TO EXPECT: Come learn the beautiful craft of Bellydance Fusion, while getting fit and having fun! Join Anastasia every Friday evening for Bellydance Fusion 101 at Hoi Polloi Dance Studio in Orangevale. This class is geared toward beginners who have minimal to no past Bellydance experience.

Each week, we will break down the foundations of Bellydance Fusion and add onto our repertoire of moves and techniques. Classes begin with a structured warm up, followed by Bellydance drills designed to make you sweat. We will explore fusion nuances, create combos, play with basic footwork and “traveling,” and refine our movements and musicality.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR: Anastasia is a passionate instructor with nearly 2 decades of Bellydance experience. She began her dance journey at the world renowned Hot Pot Studios in 2005. Anastasia has had the amazing opportunity attend trainings and workshops with some of the top names in the Bellydance Fusion community, including Amy Sigil, Zoe Jakes, Kami Liddle, Rachel Brice, Ariellah, Jill Parker, Ebony Qualls, and more. Anastasia has experienced first hand the profound power of Bellydance to empower, express, inspire, invoke joy, create connection, and strengthen, and she loves assisting her students in embarking on their own journey of discovering Bellydance and its many benefits.
