You are invited to a special event on Wednesday Sept 25th, 2024 at 6pm. Carla Adams will be guiding us through a Yoga Flow session, BYOM (bring your own yoga mat). Followed by a Healthy Living presentation by Certified Health & Nutrition Coach Jennifer Mancuso. And of course our very own Cristy B will be making us laugh because laughter truly is the best medicine!We have 20 spots available. Cost to attend this workshop is $35. There will be healthy snacks & beverages provided and we will be raffling off some amazing items!!
