  1. Meditation to Calm & Open the mind.

  2. Gentle Stretch to release hip & shoulder tension so we can boogie.

  3. Learn beginner to intermediate-friendly belly dance moves.

  4. Learn improvisational dance.

  5. Time to connect & answer any questions.


What to bring:
Bring a closed water bottle to stay hydrated.
Wear comfy moveable clothes you can stretch in.
