Join me on Thursday evenings from 6:30pm to 7:15pm while I coach you through Shimmy Chic Fitnessβ’ - an energetic and fun workout program based on the ancient art of belly dance - but with a modern twist! This 45 minute class provides both calorie-burning cardio and muscle-toning moves, along with increased flexibility, grace and sense of self. All levels welcomed!We must have 4 confirmed participants to hold two hours before class.

How to Prepare:
β’ Please bring a yoga mat and bottled water.
β’ Wear clothing that is fitted and of breathable material.
β’ Wear a hip scarf even if it's just plain fabric. (Limited scarves available for purchase for $10 in the studio.)
β’ These classes can be done barefoot. Do not wear socks, they will be too slippery.
β’ It is recommended to have your hair secured.
Private lessons in belly dance technique available by appointment only, Thursdays from 7:30-8:30pm. 1-on-1 is $65/hr, 2-3 friends is $50/hr. Buy 3 private lessons, get 1 free!
