Fluidity is essential for graceful movement and we will teach you how to increase your flexibility and take your figure eights movements to the next level!
What to Expect:
Absolute beginners will learn how to understand weight placement and execute hip figure eights beautifully and clearly, while returning students will be encouraged to refine fluidity, improve transitions, and explore smoother movement quality.
