Bellsquarry Apple Day

About

Join us for a day on all things apple-themed! There will be something for everyone: from exploring the community orchard to having a go at pressing your own apple juice or getting crafty with our nature trail and games!   

Booking 

This event is FREE To attend but booking allows us to better prepare for numbers. 

Meeting 

Meet us at Bellsquarry Community Orchard, Calder Road, EH54 9JR. The what3words for the location is ///pepper.valid.hedge  

The orchard is located to the west end of Bellsquarry wood. Look out for event signage and Woodland Trust staff on the day who can direct you if you’re not sure.

Parking 

There is on-street parking available on Calder Road (EH54 9AD)  if needed. 

Access 

Bellsquarry Wood has multiple entrances including a grassy path through the western end of the site that links the wood Bellsquarry village by the main hall. The other paths in the wood are surfaced and generally accessible, with some sloping paths down towards the pond and burn. 

Facilities 

There are no facilities onsite. The nearest toilets are available at Bellsquarry Village Hall (EH54 9AA) or Lanthorn Library (EH54 6QY) if required. 

Extra things to know 

Please wear suitable clothing and footwear for spending time outdoors. Good waterproofs, walking boots and warm layers are advised for the autumn weather.

Well behaved dogs on a lead welcome. 

Under 18’s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

How to cancel your ticket? 

1.Log in to your Eventbrite account 

2.Go to the top right corner and select 'Tickets' 

3.Click on the event you wish to cancel 

4.Click 'Cancel Order' 

5.Then 'Yes, cancel this order'
